Iowa Prospects Strength is excited to offer its Summer Baseball Strength Program led by Major League Baseball star Dan Jennings. Dan is an 8-year Major League veteran, having played for the Miami Marlins, Chicago White Sox, Tampa Bay Rays, Milwaukee Brewers, and the Washington Nationals.

The Prospects in-season summer training program focuses on each athlete reaching their highest level of performance, continually building and improving throughout the summer. Prospects Strength focuses on mobility, velocity,  performance, strength, core, and recovery.
