Mitch Wylie’s baseball journey is a testament to dedication and expertise in player development. Initially drafted by the Montreal Expos in 1995, Mitch chose the collegiate route, showcasing his
talent at St Ambrose University. Later, he was drafted by the Chicago White Sox, marking the beginning of an illustrious career. Over 15 years, Mitch honed his skills within various MLB organizations and independent league teams. Transitioning to coaching, Mitch focuses on the holistic growth of pitchers, emphasizing both physical and mental aspects. His coaching prowess has guided numerous Iowa players to success in the MLB draft and Division I baseball, cementing his reputation as a premier pitching coach.

David Conrad

High School Director

David Conrad’s extensive coaching background and recruiting prowess make him a standout figure in the baseball community. From collegiate to high school and youth levels, David’s impact has been profound. With over seven years of experience, he has facilitated the development of countless college athletes through personalized training and coaching. David’s tenure with the Iowa Sticks strengthened his network, overseeing college recruiting and camps. His coaching journey began at North Polk, where he mentored state champions, laying the groundwork for future success. David’s commitment to excellence and talent nurturing is evident, making him an invaluable asset as High School Director for the Prospects.

Luke Eldred
