Together, we’ve curated a series of dynamic programs designed to elevate the physical capabilities of baseball-specific athletes, empowering them to excel on and off the field.

Professional & Specialized Coaching

Under the direction of Dan Jennings, former MLB World Champion and seasoned coach, our athletes benefit from unparalleled instruction and support. Dan brings his extensive experience and specialized knowledge in baseball-specific strength and conditioning to provide players with top-tier training, tailored to meet their individual needs and aspirations.

For All Baseball Players

Prospects Strength Training at 515 Fieldhouse

Our Elite Sports Performance Training Program is tailored to meet your athlete’s unique needs and help them reach their goals. With a focus on functional movement and total body conditioning, our program will help your athlete gain the strength and confidence they need to succeed on and off the field. Baseball-specific strength training is included for all Iowa Prospect players. Training sessions take place on Monday & Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 4:00-5:00pm, 6:00-7:00pm and 7:00-8:00pm. Strength Training is also available for non Iowa Prospects players who want baseball-specific session either 2x or 3x per week.
