The High School Prep Program combines mentorship with advanced game development to prepare players for the challenges and opportunities of high school baseball.
Mentorship & personal growth

Comprehensive skill development
Hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running through regular practices and targeted drills — plus advanced strategy and mental toughness.
Competitive experience
8–10 high-level tournaments and league events per season — real reps that build teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.
The pathway
High School Prep feeds directly into the High School Program (15U–18U) — the fall flagship with college campus weekends and a Prospects-only PBR showcase.

Tryouts · 13U – 14U
High School Prep Tryouts
Tryouts combine measured data and coach’s-eye evaluation to place each player where they’ll best compete and develop. Held at 515 Fieldhouse. Cost for non–Iowa Prospects players is $30. Evaluations include:
Tryout Essentials
- Arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in.
- Wear baseball pants and a cap — look like a ballplayer.
- Evaluation fee for non–Iowa Prospects players: $30.
